what can I do, I bought an item from a seller on ebay.ca,
it is a video game from the gamecube era, so I bought it and then it arrives in a few days, opened it and the game disc doesn't read, I quickly put the video game back into it's shipping package, went on ebay and messaged the seller doesn't respones, what can I do to get a refund? the seller doesn't accept returns I can't open it on the help service, I tried googling ebay I called them by phone, an automatic voice tells me to go online not much help. I can't find the resolution center, I can't open a dispute against the seller.
how can I get a refund on this site, can someone kindly help me if they have the time.
If that's the seller's game, you'll get a refund without the bother of returning the item.
Probably just an ill informed attempt to thwart refunds/returns.
If seller wants the item back, seller pays and provides for return shipping label with tracking.
