Scammed and suspended.

I just got scammed here on ebay then getting suspended for GETTING SCAMMED and now I can't give any feedback nor report the scammer. What a time to be alive, anyone got an advice?

What reason did eBay give for suspending you? What is the code they gave? Is it a permanent ban or a temporary suspension?

Being scammed is one thing BUT if eBay suspended you...well there must be a reason...and IF you created another account so that you can post your complaints here in the forums, well that could potentially be a bigger problem...eBay does not take lightly members creating new accounts following a suspension...
