Speed pak

I'm wanting to order some items from China , the shipping method for both items is eBay speed pak. I can't seem to find out if speed pak shipping uses Canada Post.

I don't want my items being stuck while Canada Post is on strike. Can anyone confirm that they would use alternative shipping company.

Speedpak is from Orange Connex -- the last few I've had were delivered by Canada Post -- no idea if they switch to alternatives if Canada Post goes on strike.
