I have purchased a micro sd card from a seller in the states, i have not recieved my item, he says it was sent from quebec canada, i am in nova scotia and it sure as hell doest take 2.5 weeks to get a letter from there. I emailed him about the dates sent and paid as well as stated on his item delevery would be between nov 26 and dec 4 th...... The second time i emailed him was to ask if the item didnt arrive by dec could he please send me another one or provide me a refund, i also stated to him that he has 6 neg reviews for the same item that i have bought his answers were this is from his email back to me...
No sorry your confused, we do not state this.
Ebay states this. There is no way for us or anyone to remove this from ebay.
That being said, i hate when people only looking at negaitve feedback, Its like meeting someone , and asing them tell me the worst things that happened to you
Please read the 12000 + Thousand positive feedback we recieevd.
You can then see for yourself we are top rated ebay power seller.
That being said, its not a problem, if you do try to steal the card from me, i have become close with the local police here. We will simply file a case of theft against you to have on your record.
Sadly it happens often, People steal from ebay sellers all the time, we even busted a few theft rings, which i am very proud of
Thanks

So as far as im concerned he has called me a thief and has reported me to the ploice in his area , and has posted my real name and my home town on his feedback. Does any one have any answers on what to do from here....
PS .. i'm sure police have better things to do than take a report on a $15. ebay transaction. Intimidation only.
Hi .. Its never a good idea to get into a back and forth or imply wrong doing. Item doesn't arrive , request refund . Not forthcoming , open a dispute to recover your payment. 45 days to do that.
Feedback should be held until all is resolved.
I do believe eBay will remove any personal information. Click on the report link here and call..

Off topic but nickmercurio how can you tell who capebretontours
is talking about. I have been trying to figure this out for sometime.
Thanks
Looking through the sellers feedback, he named about 5others and also called them "thieves". These types of sellers put a bad name out there for all of us!
And any future customers who look at that will think twice before bidding with him. Silly silly seller.
You can have his remarks removed by eBay for naming you, The rest of the feedback and responses will remain. The fact that his response was removed by eBay will be noted.
BTW, two and a half weeks is longish but not rare. If the transaction involved an e-cheque (10 days to clear) or covered Remembrance Day and US Thanksgiving to say nothing of a Friday payment pushing shipping to Monday.... well calendar days are not working days.
Allow 20 calendar days for cross-border delivery (most will be much faster). Allow 30 days for overseas delivery (most will be somewhat faster).
Then politely ask the seller for the Delivery Confirmation number of the item. All this will do is confirm the date of shipping, but it politely gives the seller notice that you are concerned.
If he is in the USA and shipping from QC, it is possible that he is dropshipping and that his supplier did not tell him that they were out of stock. One of the perils of dropshipping.
I understand this is intimadation, that s not the problem, the real problem with this seller that after he threatened me, I opened a claim againist him and posted a negitive feedback against him which was never recieved item, seller threatened buyer with police action for theft. he puts under this my real name and home town and calls me a thief in feed back. isnt there ebay ploicys against this sort of bullying in ebay
