Hi,
I think that I would like to buy a desk that is offered on eBay. However, I am a bit nervous as the seller has not responded to my questions, gave little info in the description, and never responds to my best offers. Should I pursue this item or is it too risky?
Susan
I wouldn't buy it.
I don't think they know what they are doing.
The cost of shipping that would be high but they offer free shipping.
I think they should get some experience selling smaller items first.
No Way they can ship that by Canada Post Regular Parcel..
Nothing to be nervous about you can protect yourself ...
Breaking dawn the piece would be able to ship it for probably about $100 bucks or not at all depending on weight but I would think they can take the base off and ship it for $100 or so ...
I would say not worth paying $350 for .. Go garage sailing or something along those lines you should be able to find something in that condition for $25-$100
If the seller didn't answer your questions, you shouldn't have made any offers. Never bid or buy if your questions have not been answered. Too many things can go wrong.
Unless the seller accepts your offer, you are not obligated but if they do, you'd be expected to pay.
