OK, upon a further look I think I see what has happened. You committed to buying the item on Jan 16th. The seller opened an "Unpaid Item Dispute" against you on Jan 20th after 4 days of non-payment. This case then closed against you on Jan 24th after 4 more days of non-payment.

You can no longer pay for that item and now have an unpaid item strike on your account. Chances are the seller has also blocked you.

You had plenty of notices and reminders that you needed to pay for the item. Apparently you ignored them and the seller issued the strike. If you have 2 strikes, you may be finding it hard to bid on others. It takes a year before at least one of strikes ages off and you'll be able to bid/buy again if that is what you are experiencing.
