Hello
I paid for the headphones before about 14 days, the seller initially did not take the money and did not respond to messages. I paid him at that moment. He took the money and did not send the headphones to me and he took the money what do I do? I opened a case against him, but eBay does not help me and I'm waiting for him for 14 days.
If anyone knows what can be done to help me in this situation
If a buyer does not pay within four days of the sale, the seller is allowed to open an Unpaid Item Dispute.
As I understand you, you took about two weeks to pay.
He has not recorded that the item has been sent. This is not the same thing as not sending the item.
You opened an Item Not Received dispute. What was the date of your payment? Have you allowed 20 to 30 days for delivery?
The seller can put a USPS/Canada Post "tracking" number into the Dispute and Paypal will allow time for delivery.
If no tracking has been provided, you can escalate the Dispute into a Claim.
