what is state origin tax? why I need to pay that if im purchasing a vehicle?

I bought a car in ebay motors and then the seller and the ebay motors representative emailed me to have it bank wired to the ebays representative so I did it and then afterwards they want to let me pay a state of origin tax which I think it doesn't hav to be and it's not listed on the agreement beforepurchasing the car

You've been scammed. Unfortunately, a wire transfer is not usually reversible. Talk to your bank manager for help with getting the money back.
