If this is what I've done I'm hoping I can change it rather than have to delete the account and start over. I'm having problems when listing items with the shipping info. Thanks!
You are registered on the Canadian site.
Click on
View Items For Sale
There is a box near the bottom left of the page that says what site you are registered on.
As far as I know, you can only register on the site in your own country so I doubt that you registered on .com
Are you trying to sell the item outside of Canada. If so, you are probably getting that message because ebay sometimes restricts new sellers from selling internationally.
This link will give you more information.

Hi.. Click on (0) by ID..profile canada not com US. Can log in / out of any ebay site. Just click on sell at top this or any page.
Thank you everyone! Problem solved 🙂
This is the message I get when I try to post a listing :
In order to help maintain a safe trading environment, selling limits are occasionally placed on listings. For this item, the site on which the item is listed must match your site of registration, and the item can only be shipped within the same country. Please go back and make the necessary changes.
I was logged in to Ebay.ca which is where I want to be. This is why I question the original registration of my account.
