I think I registered my account on Ebay.com rather than Ebay.ca by mistake. How do I confirm this and can I change it?

If this is what I've done I'm hoping I can change it rather than have to delete the account and start over. I'm having problems when listing items with the shipping info. Thanks!

When I try to access the canadian shipping info for rates etc when listing, I get directed to sign in to the .com ebay rather than .ca and therefore get only american shipping info. i am signed into .ca when this happens, I am trying to revise my lis...
