What is eBay to do regarding Your seller performance status is at risk in the US with ship delays.
i have had several request for refunds due to USPS major delays and now it is going to effect my sellers performance. assistance required help is needed.

From numerous ongoing reports on dot com upping the handling time only works for non-tracked items. Sellers are seeing that as soon as an item gets its first scan, the meter starts and applies whatever suggested eBay window has suggested as the gospel. If you were to use a non-tracked service and item didn't arrive as per the recommended window, seller loses again. Game. set and match. No real reprieve until the postal services go back to honouring their service guarantees for the sellers point of view.

Change/increase handling times/continue to use your same shipping method but in the listings check off standard or economy which will extend the transit/delivery time frames shown to buyers on the listings...
