Arrived at Erlanger KY nearly 1 month ago - still hasnt updated/moved?

Hello,   I ordered an item on July 9th,  and it arrived at the Erlanger KY global shipping center on July15th.  Arrival was supposed to be August 8th (I know it wouldn't arrive on a Saturday),  but its now been a couple business days after and still no sign.   How long should I wait until I request a refund?   There's no indication its went past customs,  only that its arrived at the global shipping center.

Not sure what to do!

There have been reports of items that were forwarded through the GSP during the pandemic just "losing" their tracking information until a couple of days before their delivery.

My advice would be to forget anything you know about the tracking or lack thereof of your item and focus on the estimated delivery date.  I would say that given that the delivery turnaround was estimated at a month, there were attempts made to make allowances for the general state of chaos out there right now.  I'd probably give the item another week or so before filing a claim of non-delivery.

Tracking is a Seller Protection.

It offers little of value to the buyer, except anguish watching the erratic movement of a package.

The important thing is the window for delivery.

If the estimated last date for delivery has passed go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of the page and open an Item Not Received Dispute.

State that the shipping was through the GSP and ask for referral to a GSP specialist.

If the GSP cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

Including the import fees you paid to GSP for duty and sales taxes.

The seller has nothing to do with this. She shipped to the GSP plant and delivery was fairly prompt considering the chaos caused by the pandemic and interference with the postal system by the Postmaster General.

This whole issuing chaos with the USPS spreading its effect over into eBay's GSP and Pitney Bowes services is going to be a major negative blow to eBay as a whole. As opposed to Amazon which seems to be handling all this very well through the pandemic, as opposed to the pandemic effect and US gov war on the USPS. I know the comparison, as I have been doing quite a bit of purchasing through Amazon and eBay and Amazon is winning by a long shot. I have at least three shipments through eBay stuck at the ERLANGER, KY 41025 Global Shipping Centre. This is where Pitney Bowes takes over and is using the USPS, and this is the weak link.
