I suppose there's good reasons to use the advanced tool no matter how much or how little you sell, despite the message that comes up when you try to switch.
I've tried switching back and forth a few times, it seems to remember the last one you used when you revise or create a new listing. There's a link for me at the top right of the page, but it only shows up when creating a new listing.
I'm looking at the advanced tool now. If you choose flat under the dropdown in shipping details, the service dropdown offers a whole bunch of options. There's also something about a shipping rate table, perhaps I should give that a try.
