How do I know what shipping option did buyer chose

How do you know which shipping option the buyer chose? I can see the amount they paid in EBay or PayPal but how do I know if they chose regular parcel, expedited, xpresspost, etc.?

If you can see how much they have paid then the amount they pay will tell you that, I'm thinking. These services all cost different amounts.
