Is it possible to change shipping address before item has shipped?

I forgot to change my shipping address in Pay Pal when I purchased the item. Is it possible to do that now before the seller sends the item?

And do add the correct address to your PP account immediately.

Much of this is dependent on the seller's good will, since she is required to ship only to PP confirmed addresses.
