Well the seller has perfect feedback and the envelope the item came in is clearly marked with someone else's name and info but the envelope with my name is sent by Pitney Bowes. But maybe it was the sellers error. Maybe the reference numbers got mixed up. It's the weirdest thing ever. who buys a ballpoint pen, even if it is Tiffany? It's still just a pen...)
I'll dispute it and see where it goes. thanks
