Pitney Bowes swapped my stuff

What do I do now? I received a packaging containing a broken pen with someone else's name on it. God knows what happened to my order. The seller just said "I see" when I asked them who to contact. It's pretty obvious Pitney Bowes sent me someone else's package. I want my stuff 😞

Personally, I think the seller just mixed up 2 orders. Did you look at their recent sales to see if this pen was sold too?
