Tracking as a guest. No access code

I paid for my item as a guest. I was notified that my item has been shipped and a shipping number starting with UPAAB was giving to me via email. When I click the link on the tracking number it asks me to either sign in or use guest. I have to use guest, so it asks for my email and access code. It says the access code is in the order confirmation email. I received an order confirmation email but there is NO access code, so i'm unable to log in as a guest to track my package. What do?

Exactly. Why do I even have to look all over the place trying to find an access code that ebay says is in my confirmation email. IT IS NOT THERE. WHY?

Also from Canada... also no access code. I haven't received a package on time and have no way of figuring out what happened. This was in part my own fault as I should have signed in, but I don't see the point of even offering this as an option if Ebay's Canadian site doesn't provide an access code in the first place. Is there any other way of tracking the shipment?
