Setting item to ship to US and Canada

I have this item here: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Used-Koetsu-Black-Phono-Cartridge/383394148768

 

I'd like to have it available to ship to US and Canad. When I go to shipping options to set a US option there isn't one. Any one know how to do this?

 

Also how do I reduce the buy it now price?

Go to the listing.

On the top left is a link-> Revise your item

This takes you to the Sell Your Item form.

Go to-> Price and change the number.

 

available to ship to US and Canad.

Scroll down to  Shipping Details

Go to->International Shipping

Go to-> Ship to

Open the drop down menu

Go to-> Choose custom location

Choose -> USA

Choose-> Shipping service

 

 

Just to go back a bit, you can choose either Flat Rate or Calculated Shipping for either Canada or International shipping.

That is, you can use Calculated Shipping for one and Flat Rate for the other.

Your choice.

There's no option for international shipping. I select "Add second shipping service" and they're all for Canada.
 
Are you using the stupid and poorly designed Simplified Sell Your Item form?
At the top right of that form is a link that will lead you to the Advanced/Business form.
It is both clearer and gives more options than the overSimplified form.
 
Offer Additional Service will show in both Domestic and International shipping.
There is good reason not to ship internationally at first until you get used to selling. Shipping is a particularly hard thing to learn.
 
Try starting a brand new listing. And look at the top right of the form for the word Customize.
I'm reluctant to experiment much with it, but it seems to allow the seller to Block international sales. Perhaps it is turned on to Block and you want to check it so that you CAN have international sales.  At least to the USA.

perhaps it is because there is an open offer on the item that is preventing the listing to be revised.

The listing should have the box to check the shipping options for the USA.

Perhaps there is something preventing any changes to the listing...
such as an open offer?
