I sold an item and it calculated to cost to NU as about $19, so it was added to the price the buyer paid, when I went to ship the item I was told it was national and the shipping was $26.
Oh, I meant to add, -- if you try to invoice your buyer for more money you will be in violation of ebay policy. You can't charge more than what you say in the listing. Get a metric scale and tape measure if you haven't already got one.
