I sold an item and it calculated to cost to NU as about $19, so it was added to the price the buyer paid, when I went to ship the item I was told it was national and the shipping was $26.

I never stated anything different in my ad, nor asked the buyer for more money... I was mearly curious as this has never been an issue for anything I have sold on ebay and had never heard of it happening, I have read all the policies before this. Im not sure how I made a 'mistake' as I had the parcel weighed and measured before posting. I was just wondering if this was common or if there was an error based on where it was shipped.
