I sometimes sell in sets of glasses and up until now the calculator was pretty good about increasing the cost and charging the correct amount for shipping. For example 2 sets of 4 glasses. But this listing is not increasing (same cost to buyer for one or two sets):

I sold 2 sets to someone in the U.S. recently. Calculator only charged buyer about $35 and it cost me $55. I thought I had just entered the wrong info but made sure I would check my listings and found this. Now I wonder if the same thing happened there.

Since the calculator is working on another listing it looks like you have a calculated shipping rule set up on your shipping preferences page to combine weights.
If you already have that rule set up make sure that you have checked off on the listing itself to use that calculated shipping rule. It still won't be 100% accurate as it will just add up the weights and won't account for you using a larger box.
