Can I use calculated shipping and have different amounts added for additional glasses same listing?

For example if I have 4 martini glasses can I use calculated shipping and if a customer buys one, it is the amount in the shipping calculator. If they buy 3 can I add a rule that will charge $5 for each additional? Or even better a percentage? If so,...

UPS quote on my listing is $50 higher than with UPS website calculator for Canadian shipment.

A buyer left me a negative but it was not for my item. When I asked them to please delete or revise it they replied: "Absolutely .. how do i do that .. or can you .. not IT savvy"

Customer is unable to do an OBO and choose local pick up.

They say they can do one or the other but not both. I have changed the listing so it is no longer an OBO but I was surprised by their message.
