If it has been 4 weeks or more and no item, you will need to start a claim.  You are supposed to contact the seller first, but you have very low feedback and the seller is in China.  That means you will get pleas and excuses to delay you past that all important day 45.

You do not say when you purchased the item.  If it has been more than 45 days, alas, you can do nothing about it.  Your only recourse after 45 days is if you used a credit card, whereby you can call the 1-800 number on the back of the card and ask to do a chargeback.  Have all the transaction details on hand if need be.

If it has been more than 45 days, but less than 60, you can still leave feedback to let others know about your experience.  The more civil the comments, the more likely it is to be believed. 

Whist it can indeed take 2 months for an item to arrive, that would be highly unusual.  It is waaay too long and you are far more likely to lose your money completely than get a delayed item.  File the claim no later than day 43, and never close it until you have either your money or your item.

Remember,there is a 45 day time limit which starts when you paid for the item,in which to open an item not received dispute if the item never shows up.Open the dispute no later than day 43 to be safe,if the item has not yet arrived.

Always file the claim and ,if refunded , repay seller if item does arrive.

It could take 3-4 weeks, once for me it took 2 months. You're just gonna have to wait buddy.
