Did you send an invoice to the buyer? Have you contacted the buyer letting them know they have won and kindly need to make a payment. I usually open an Unpaid Item Assistant after four days if payment wasn't recorded. This way the buyer gets a strike out of three on their eBay account and you get your Final Value Fee refunded. It can also take up to 21 days for payment to show in your PayPal account which you can have access to. Take a look at the item you sold - is the blue dollar sign there or is it faded? If it's blue, it means buyer has paid, if it's faded, buyer has not paid.
