Check your PayPal and/or your Visa account.
You can login online to your account, or wait for a paper/hard copy to be delivered in the mail.
You may see the refund there already.
If not, it can take three to five business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used for the purchase.
Typically, the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.
Your credit card vendor most likely charged you a currency exchange fee and/or a foreign transaction fee, which I doubt will be reimbursed.
