The seller promised me a refund if I changed my feedback, I did change it and let the seller know and l have not recieved a refund or any responses from the seller... I have emailed a couple of times at least.  What do I do now?

If PP finds in your favour and the item shows nline that it was returned then PP will refund your original payment amount and the original shipping amount...NOT the return cost of the item.

First off.... NEVER...NEVER..EVER let yourself be a "FEEDBACK HOSTAGE"...the percentage to win is very low.

Since you have revised the feedback, nothing can be done on that.

Now and ONLY "IF",,,it has been less than 45 days from time of payment of the item and "IF" you haven't received the item INR ( Item Not Received) "OR" the item is SNAD (Significantly Not Describe) you can file a claim with PP (PayPal)...ONLY within the 45 days of payment.

"IF" PP (PayPal) finds in favour then PP will require you to return the item at your own expense with a DC (Delivery Confirmation) or tracking number that shows online that it was returned to the seller.

In addition you can add a Response to your feedback (and his if any) indefinitely.

The most effective Responses are calm and factual."FB changed on promise of refund for INR/SNAD. Not sent." for example.

This will ward off some concientious buyers.
