The seller promised me a refund if I changed my feedback, I did change
it and let the seller know and l have not recieved a refund or any
responses from the seller... I have emailed a couple of times at least.
What do I do now?
No I dont believe we can, I have attempted this and at some point in
time I discovered they could not use prepaid cards due to the risk of it
being used by someone else.
