Log in to PayPal.com

On the left side, click on "Link a bank account or card"

To remove your old bank account, click on the account and select "Remove bank account"

To add your new bank account, click on "Link a bank account" and follow the instructions

You need to do it with paypal. Log into your paypal account and look for your information in your Wallet.
