how do i change my old bank account and bank to my new bank and account for paypal.

Log in to PayPal.com

On the left side, click on "Link a bank account or card"

To remove your old bank account, click on the account and select "Remove bank account"

To add your new bank account, click on "Link a bank account" and follow the instructions
