Buyer mistakenly left seller a 'Late Shipment'. How can this be changed?

A buyer said that he mistakenly left me (the seller) a 'Late Shipment' on his transaction with me.  How can this be changed??

You'll have to phone eBay Customer Service and have them remove the defect. Let them know about the message the buyer left regarding the matter.

I will phone eBay in the morning. I hope i don't have to wait hours to talk to an Ebay rep. Thanks!

The Buyer can call Customer Support and ask to have the FB removed.

I don't think it can be changed, just removed.

The Seller can add a Response to the FB. The most effective Responses are calm and factual. eg "Paid Sept30 Shipped Oct 1 Recd Oct 5"
