Hello! It happens first to me. My buyer didn't receive her item, $10. She didn't contact me first and left me a neitural feedback. I will refund her money now. I have 100% feedback. Can she change her feedback to positive? Thanks.
Firstly, contact the buyer. Explain to them the situation, and kindly request if they will change their feedback. If they won't, you can't force it. What good is feedback if everybody changes it all the time?
