Buyer message: Returns ?

I received this message from a possible buyer:  "Hi, Do you accept returns. It says you do within 30 days (referring to the Ebay In'tl Ship), but when you click into the item description it says you do not."

I have never accepted a return, which is why I state no returns on my site & don't want to have this on my record, since I'm aware of a possible return or abuse from a buyer.  It is for a high priced Versace Couture Suit, which some people might buy and use/wear for a special occasion & then return.  What is the best recourse ?

Once an item sent through eBay International Shipping is accepted at the Mississauga hub, eIS takes responsibility for it. If the buyer wants to return the item, eIS handles it. The seller has no involvement in the process and keeps their monies from the sale.

Simply tell your prospective buyer that if eBay International Shipping handles the shipment of the suit, it will handle the return if they need to return it for any reason.

eIS has their own return policy which overrides yours if the item is sent via eIS, but it's something that eBay deals with so you don't have to worry about it. Once you get the item to the hub, your responsibility essentially ends.
