Ebay Total System Failure After Buyer demands something not offered in listing

A buyer is abusing the Ebay buyer process. When she received the item that I sold, she immediately put positive feedback for me saying that everything was fine. Then later on she had “Buyer Remorse” and started to complain that she had to pay import customs duties. Customs duties are always the responsibility of the buyer. Although the winder was clearly described and did not offer to include the yellow handle and cores which are an accessory, she did not read the description and wanted the yellow handle and cores that do not form part of that set and are not even made by the manufacturer of the winder. I called Ebay and your representative agreed with me that it was Buyer Remorse and a return was not warranted and put notes to this effect on my account. When I sent her a message about why I wanted to complete the transaction under the original terms, your system transferred me to Ebay Germany and everything was in German and then suddenly, although I sent her a message which can be see in Ebay, your system gave me a “Server Error” message and suddenly sent me a message saying “Return Accepted”, although I only chose to send her a message explaining that she was demanding something that was not offered in the original listing. One can only chose one or the other of the various choices. If I chose to send her a message and this message can be seen in Ebay, there simply is no way to choose to accept a return. This occurred due to Ebay’s system failure and this onus is on Ebay. I called Ebay Canada several times but they were reluctant to even let me talk to a supervisor always telling me that they will have Ebay Germany call me. Ebay Germany never called me but only sent me short emails mostly in German which I could not understand. I had to write back several times asking that they reply in English and call me. They directed me to their callback feature so that they could call me but again the callback system of Ebay Germany is restricted to calling withing Germany, Austria and Switzerland only. So, I never did receive a callback to discuss this issue with a German supervisor. Thus, I was forced by several Ebay systematic failures to pay for return shipping and lost a sale due to this. When I chatted with an Ebay Canada representative named Michelle from Ebay Returns on 12 April 2022, she informed me that Ebay will compensate me for my mailing expenses. Also, when I chatted with an Ebay Canada representative named Prince Cedrick Rod on 10 May 2022, he told me that he was closing the case in my favour. Still no case resolution, but message received from Ebay to pay buyer although case is still pending. What to do?

Probaby not useful at this point, but Google Translate and Babelfish are both fairly reliable translation programs.
