How do i get a listing opened up to include International shipping?

Added UK for International shipping, customer from Switzerland and can't get through. I can't change the listing anymore because there is bids. Customer from Switzerland really wants to be able to bid. How can this be fixed?

You could add the user to your Buyer Requirements Exemption List. More information here:

Keep in mind, though, that as you have no shipping rate to Switzerland set up for your auction, it could mess up the invoice eBay will automatically send out to the user if they should win the auction. Prepare them for this possibility and let them know that they should wait for you to send out a manually-created invoice. You might also want to let them know the shipping price before they place their bid(s).
