How to find out who left me in the Detailed seller ratings bad ratings?

There is some limited reporting available in Seller Dashboard. For instance if a buyer
marks an untracked order as late shipment there's a report that lists the transaction involved. There's a little arrow at the far right side of each rating category, clicking that reveals the report link. As for the other detailed ratings there's not reports on those that I'm aware of, maybe there is somewhere. There is a report for defects.

I know this happened to me a few years back and it drove me crazy wondering too! I was able to see who it was, and assuming it still works the same as Kawartha has said here it is under the Seller Dashboard. 

For me I click Seller Dashboard from link beside feedback (on the main site, not app) and "Transaction Defect Rate" is just above Late Shipments and from there you click Get Full Report. Back when I had one the report showed the item, the buyer and the amount of time left before the defect was removed.

In my case I saw it was a buyer who had left me positive, happy feedback so I actually messaged them to ask why they said they loved it but left a defect and she said she had hit it in error and the defect was removed.

Not sure if it works the same way now since that was back in the good old days when someone could not request a refund unless the item was misrepresented in the description. But that is definitely where it used to be.
