This guy bought an item from us and never paid, never answered our emails, and now I see he is back on ebay buying again. What does happen to people who don*t pay, don*t they lose the right to deal on ebay? Kentucky46r

Hi kentucky46r

You need to read this link and start the UPI (Unpaid Item )dispute up and if they don't pay then ebay will give them a strike and too many strikes in a period of time they will get booted off ebay.

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/unpaid-items.html

You only have up to 32 days from the time the listing ended to open an unpaid item dispute. Don't let this time limit expire.

Many sellers, and most experienced sellers have Blocked bidders with 2 or more Unpaid Item Strikes in the previous 12 months.

He may be bidding with naive sellers or he may have learned his lesson. It happens.

If a bidder gets "too many" Strikes, eBay will boot them permanently, but they will not say how many is too many.

Your Blocked Bidder List is permanent, however.
