I sell only with in Canada changed now to US $ went to Exclude Shipping no chage ? Help.

Hi,  I have an on going problem anything I put on for sale goes to US funds went to exclude Shipping locations try many times to change to only Canada only just comes back the same . Phone EBay 6 times they say we will look into it right nothing changes . Canada box where you tick it has a blue line throught and I tick all the other one left Canada open . As selling on E Bay is very dead in sales this does not help I,m sure. Lanny Canada.

Your listings are listed on the Canadian site in Canadian dollars so I'm not sure what you mean by getting US dollars. Are you saying that you want to ship to Canada only?   Right now your listings show that you ship to the 'Americas' which includes a few different countries.  You can specify shipping to Canada and check off 'no international shipping' if that's what you want to do.

When you are listing on dotCOM:

•  your listing will be in US dollars
• you will be required to ship to the USA
• shipping to Canada is an option
• you will be required to use Flat Rate shipping

Within Flat Rate Shipping, you can choose to ship to Canada or not. You will be using the Shipping from an International Location services, so scroll down to find those.

One exception , if you are using a forwarder like stallionexpress or chitchatexpress, which carries your shipment across the border and ships using US companies, including USPS.

Before you start to fill in the Sell Your Item form, look up at the URL line.

Does it say dotCA or dot COM?

The latter is the US site and you will be listing in US dollars with limited shipping options.

We can list on any site in the world, but if we have been using one site eBay is kinda sticky and will keep us there.

Sometimes the switch is obstinate about changing.
