Although you have been a member since 2019, you do no appear to have been active until about a month ago (based on feedback left and recieved).
New, returning, and occasional sellers have restrictions on the number and/or value of the items they list.
This is mostly a Buyer Protection against the take the money and run scammers, but also protects newbies who may not be aware of the quirks of selling here.
For example, you do not need a Store subscription to sell on eBay. You have 200 Free Listings every month without an Store.
If you have a monthly subscription, drop it as soon as possible, since it will be a useless expense for some time. (If you have an annual Subscription, there is a fee for ending the subscription.)
You have 56 items listed at the moment, so I suspect you are restricted to 50 or 60 listings. Or since your listings average about $20 each, the restriction may be to a value of $1000 a month.
When you reach that restriction, either you can't add more, or existing listings will not be renewed to make room for the new ones.
We can't see you private numbers of course.
While I'm critiquing, I notice some of your handkerchiefs have a shipping price of $20. Given their low value and small size, those could be shipped by LetterMail for under $4. Although tracking is beloved by American members, they can also track for 25c. Search the Boards for Cookie Jar Insurance.
