Changing the shipping method in Shippo

Trying to print my first Shippo label.  I want to change the shipping method from Small Packet to Tracked Packet, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that.  With PayPal, there was a list of the shipping methods offered by Canada Post, and we could select the one we wanted.  Is there something I'm missing?

You have to enter size details and customs info first before you get to the page with Step 2 of 3 > Select Shipping Rate
