How can I have product ratings removed from my listings?

I sell numismatics and when ratings appear in some of my listings they bear no relation to my activities-ie referenced buyers have never purchased from me.

I have contacted customer support requesting they be removed and nothing has been done.

These ratings are misleading and detrimental to my efforts and are particularly galling since I pay a monthly store subscription fee in addition to final value fees (on sale and shipping) plus HST plus Paypal fees. I also don't understand why they don't apply to all of my listings and curiously only appear for coin listings and not currency listings.

I hope by posting in this forum my request gets more attention than what I have received from customer support.

Unfortunately at the end of the day, eBay puts what it wants, where it wants, with no regard to the seller's efforts to continue to sell items, and that these references have zero to do with the actual coin someone is buying, as every coin  can be different than the one before it.. I am member of a large coin forum, we have be rallying for years to have these obsolete product ratings removed from coins, with no success..
