Where Do I Store Feedback Comments

On the page below it says that you can store comments and select from the dropdown when you are leaving a feedback.

My question is, where can I do this as I cannot seem to find where to add the comments/feedback.

If you click on leave feedback next to a transaction in my ebay or sellers hub, do you have the option of choosing from a number of generic feedbacks that ebay has set up? If so, you can edit those to make them your own stored feedback.  It's been so long since I've set mine up I can't remember exactly how I did it but I think that's what I did.
