Do you have your Managed Payments account set up yet?
Without your SSN and your checking account information, eBay cannot transfer your customer payments to you.
Even then, like all new and returning sellers, those payments will be Held against your performance.
Until you've been selling for 90 days and sold 25 items your payments will be held until tracking shows delivered, or in 21 days if there's no tracking. They can hold the payment for the full 21 days if you're selling in a high risk category.
However, you can use those Held funds to pay for shipping labels, and we get a discount from counter prices on those.
Otherwise, you are one of thousands of sellers signing up each month and eBay wants you to prove yourself before letting you loose(ish).
