Sales tax not applying on every items that I sell

Hi Guys,

For some reason, the sales tax that I set is not applying to the items that I am selling. Sales tax check box is ticked and the sales tax table is also set. I really need your help! Please see screenshots below.

This is the picture of an item that was sold but no Sales Tax added.

That sales tax table is incorrect. BC and Manitoba are the only provinces with 12%

Yes we are registered to collect tax. As for the tax table our items are only "LOCAL PICKUP" we do not ship and our buyers are only within BC so ignore the other province. My main concern is why the sales tax is not applying, any thoughts?
