So i've recently posted some sport cards to sell, and my address and everything is in Canada, my posts says "Fast and reliable. Ships from Canada". Primary service is "Standard Shipping from Canada", but when i look at my posts it says "May not ship to Canada" but directly below it says "Located in: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Whats going on here???
While it is a very Good Idea to list on dotCOM which is the world's largest single economy, there are quirks.
One is that while we are expected to ship to the nation the site is in, all others are voluntary.
Two minor points.
You seem to be using AI to write your descriptions. Be very careful to read those descriptions since AI is notorious for adding incorrect verbiage.
Do you have your Managed Payments account set up? While you will have customer payments on Hold while you establish yourself, eBay cannot transfer funds to your checking account without your banking info and a secondary ID (I used my passport).
You have 11 listings that you listed on .com and 46 that you listed on.ca. The .com listings only have shipping to the US and nothing for Canada. On com domestic shipping is to the US so the 11 'standard shipping from Canada' listings are showing the cost to the US. If you want to show shipping to Canada on the .com listings you can set it up as standard, economy or expedited international shipping Or you can end them and redo them on .ca.
I looked at several of your new listings and made sure I set my shipping location to the US so I'd be able to catch a listing that may have had Canada excluded, and I couldn't find one.
