What do I do now?

I sold an item and was paid, then I shipped the item. Ebay now informs me that they are cancelling the listing.  I cannot get the package back as it is now in the US, what do i do now.?

It was cancelled because there was an issue with the buyers account. Ebay cancelled all of their open transactions. Ebay told me to relist but the item will arrive in a couple of days. I cannot get it back because it is not in Canada yet the money is on hold until item delivered. 

I followed the format of the auction and shipped within the three days, it had been in transit 7days before I was informed of the situation.

Did the email not say something to the effect of not having to do anything if it has already been shipped? I'm pretty sure eBay just eats it themselves and you keep the money, but it would be good to verify that.
