What's the most direct easiest cheapest way to buy shipping labels from Canada post?

I have the Canadapost account as someone suggested before. 

Now I don't want to create account on the label creator partner site, can I do it through paypal? or should I just log into Canadapost and print it from there?

There is no different in price regardless of which of the following platforms you use to print a label.

The easiest imo is to use Shippo or Paypal because the buyer's information is already inputted there and the funds come out of Paypal.  Once you are in Managed Payments you can only do the labels through Paypal if you first sign into paypal.com/shipnow. 

eBay does have a new program to do Canada Post labels but it's fairly new and I think that you have to apply to access it.  I've heard that it still has a few bugs.

You can do a label through Canada Post's Shipnow  but you do have to enter all of the buyer's info and pay with a credit card.
