Why did I get charged for 10 listings when I have 50 free ones available to use? AND why doesn't ebay answer when I send messages via 'contact us'? I also requested them to phone me about it via their 'contact us'. No call and no answer.

Those previous listings were listed via a previous offer - which worked perfectly. However, I had not used any of my monthly 50 free listings and they still showed as active (and available) on my selling page. Otherwise I would not have listed any of them.

Still, why has ebay not responded to my queries sent via "contact us"? Do they ever reply?

Only the basic listing cost is "free".

1 day and 3 day listings cost $1 extra, did you use any of the other extras (bold, subtitle...) ?

They were not 1- or 3-day, and they were basic listings. No extras.

The previous listings were from a previous offer. My 'selling' page still shows 50 free for August - I had not used any of them. Thank you both for your ideas, but neither applies here.
