Why does ebay.ca not have Multiple Listing From Photos features like ebay.com?

I just found out that .com has this feature where you can upload all your photos at once and it will split the listing up so you can upload 100s of items at once for photos. While .ca you have to go through bulk listing and uploading 1 at a time. HELP me understand this or am I missing something and can't find this feature.

So the solution is you go on .com and you click on the feature once you are on that page you just have to change .com to .ca and it will work. >_< Kind of weird that I never knew about this as .ca does not show this.
