As mrdutch has said there is no withdrawing of payments, only eBay's release of your funds and as a new seller you have a waiting time.

Hopefully you have already set yourself up with your bank information in Managed Payments which is where the funds will come from and sent to you (you don't control it but you should have been able to choose your payment frequency - daily, weekly, etc. which will kick in after you've past your waiting period).

Once you're set up, and as a new seller the allocated time has passed, your funds will be released and generally takes a day or two from the release date of eBay until they are actually deposited. You can check the status if you go to Sellers Hub, there is a "Payments" tab and it will show status there under Summary. It should show your amount as "Pending Funds" now, until delivery confirmation and/or the time has past, it should show an estimated date for you there though I'm not sure if it's different for your very first sale.

I've been selling here for 12 years but I do remember there was a few weeks waiting period even back then that funds were "held" in PayPal. As you can appreciate it is for everyone's protection that the waiting period is adhered to. Otherwise anyone could just "list" and sell an item (even if it didn't exist) and take the money and run. On the bright side you sold your item quickly which is great, but as mrdutch has said patience.
